Zfyre was incorporated in the state of Delaware in June 2016, with headquarters and operations in Longmont, Colorado.
Scott Hoot is the founder and CEO of Zfyre and previously CEO of Sage Electronic Engineering. Dennis Batchelor is co-founder and CMO and was a co-founder of Rebit, a cloud backup service bought by Carbonite. Brian Otteman is co-founder and Director of UX and QA and previously worked for Netflix. Both Dennis and Brian have worked with Scott previously.
Scott Hoot is the lead architect of the Zfyre technology, and Zfyre has a contract relationship with Rhoynar Software to develop the client software.
